Monday I hurt my back. Tuesday the chiropractor fixed it. Wednesday I played piano for choir (12 people showed up). Thursday Mike came home from Florida and it was Kari's 32nd birthday! :) Today I'm at school and it's been raining.....hopefully the weekend will get better. :)

Hey! It stopped raining! The sun came out and it's a beautiful day! Now, if I can just make it through my Algebra II class (which I actually do like) then the weekend can start! Yeah!

We had several days of rain - - - went back and forth between the typical gray, steady-rain-for-days Indiana weather and crashing thunder storms. Today looks to be better here too.
Tonight is LCS's prom - - - - I'm not going but Kyle is.
We had our prom last Saturday. I put plastic bands on arms for 1 1/2 hours straight! It was nice to see the kids as they came in, though.
So, LCS has a prom now instead of a banquet?
Oh no - - - it is still a banquet, but we all call it prom. Prom is short for Promenade - - - which means an entrance walk - - - and we have that - - - so I think the name fits and I use it.

(Actually, there is a non-school sponsored after party that does include dancing - given by the nonteacher parents of the seniors)
